Again, I found some youtube tutorials which looked really easy. Cutting a wine bottle with a cotton string, acetone and fire. It seemed very easy, and collecting wine bottles isn't a very hard job also.
So, I drank wine. Many wine. I made the bottles clean, removed the label and brought some 100% cotton string. Full of enthusiasm I started my new experiment. Again, it was unsuccessful. Even after trying and trying (drinking and drinking) they became not as pretty as the bottles in de videos.
Off course I didn't gave up and in the end there were a few bottles which were good cut. It took about 80 bottles. I have to admit that I didn't drank all the wine by myself.
After all the bottles, the good ones and the cracked ones. I had my windowsill filled with them. Great. So after a lot of failure I was pretty proud of the result. And now, I have no idea what I would like to do with it. Too much possibilities and to little time...
